Restricted Countries
Certain jurisdictions are restricted due to compliance, sanctions, and risk policies.
Transactions are not allowed when either the sender or receiver country belongs to the restricted list.
This list may be updated over time depending on Celar’s risk and compliance policies. PSPs are responsible for ensuring they do not onboard or process transactions involving these jurisdictions.

Attempts to process transactions involving these countries will fail automatically.
