When your PSP is onboarded, Celar sets up a shared Discord channel with your team for real-time coordination. Use this space to:

  • Ask integration or API questions
  • Share logs and debug issues
  • Collaborate directly with Celar engineers

This is the fastest way to get engineering support during integration.

Response Times

We aim to respond quickly across all channels:

  • Integration (Discord): as soon as we see your issue.
  • Email Support: within 24 hours
  • Critical Production Issues: escalated within 1 hour once reported to support@celar.io
